Personal-use license

Permitted use

Use the delivered files on devices you own and make local prints for your own personal, non-commercial spaces. A commercial print shop may reproduce the files only to fulfil that personal print order for you and must delete its copy afterward.

You may keep reasonable personal backups, provided the files remain private and are not made available to other people.

Not permitted

You may not resell or redistribute the files or prints, use them in client or other commercial work, sublicense them, place them on merchandise, mint them as tokens, or share or host the source files for another person.

You may not use the files to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build an AI or machine-learning system or dataset without a separate written agreement.

Buying an edition licenses specific uses of the delivered files; it does not transfer copyright or exclusive ownership of the underlying work.

Ask before a wider use

A use that is not clearly permitted above needs written permission before it begins. Contact studio@aghorism.com with the work title, intended use, audience, duration, and territory.
