Private delivery

Paid files are delivered through a private entitlement. Public gallery previews are not the purchased archive, and a preview URL never unlocks a master file.

A delivery email or order-recovery page can request a short-lived download URL. Keep that URL private because anyone holding an unexpired link may be able to use its remaining allowance.

Expiry, allowance, and reissue

A link may expire and an entitlement may enforce a download limit. An expired link does not by itself erase a verified purchase; return to the order page for a fresh link or contact support.

Support can inspect payment status, delivery attempts, remaining downloads, revocation, replacement-file history, and the reason for any reissue. Reissues are recorded rather than creating an untracked public link.

File problems

If an archive is incomplete, corrupt, materially different from its product description, or repeatedly unavailable, stop retrying and contact support@aghorism.com with the public order reference, product title, device, and the exact error. Never email the private file or download token back to the studio.
