Licensing / Written permission
Commercial licensing is separate, specific, and written.
A personal-use purchase covers only the uses stated in the personal-use licence. Buying or downloading an edition does not grant commercial permission or rights for client work, campaigns, publishing, products, resale, sublicensing, machine-learning datasets, or public distribution.
Ask before commercial use
Send the artwork title, intended use, media, audience, territory, duration, expected reach, schedule, and whether exclusivity is requested. An enquiry is not permission, a reservation, or an offer. A written licence or agreement must be accepted before any commercial use begins.
Rights remain specific
Any approved licence names the exact artwork, permitted use, media, territory, duration, fee, credit, and restrictions. Copyright is not transferred, and exclusivity, alteration, sublicensing, source-file delivery, or AI use is not included unless the written agreement says so explicitly.
Response and support boundary
We aim to acknowledge an enquiry within five business days. Research, rights checks, or a custom scope may take longer and will be identified before any commitment. This mailbox is not an emergency or real-time rights-clearance service; silence is never permission.
How enquiry data is used
We use your name, email, and enquiry details only to evaluate the request, respond, and keep the minimum studio record needed for rights and follow-up. Do not send unreleased campaign material or sensitive personal data unless the studio requests an approved channel. Read the privacy policy for wider data-use and request boundaries.
